My first-time visit started with, Cynthia, the front-desk receptionist. She was warm, efficient, and greeted me by name before I even told her who I was. The lobby smelled divine. I waited a short time before Daisy, one of the dental assistants, came to get me for x-rays. The process was quick and easy. The first impression was impressive. I did wait a while before the dentist, Dr. Raina, came in. However, his time in the room was worth the wait. He had incredible bedside manner and was exuding kind energy. He explained how he prioritizes ensuring his patients have confidence in all treatments. In the assurance was an explanation of how he wanted to earn my trust and how he prides himself on spending more time than normal with each patient. I appreciated his commitment to personalized patient care. After the exam, he took the customer service a step further by showing me what he saw with a camera on my teeth. I was geeking out because I love going to the dentist, but I also appreciated the transparency and him bringing me into the process as a patient. Lindsey, my dental hygienist, came in after him for one of the most thorough cleanings I've ever had. After flossing, she went back to a tooth that she thought she missed something on because it bothered her. I was so impressed with her talents and her commitment to high quality care. She was warm, thorough, and patient. I wrapped up my visit with checking out with Jaynise at the front desk. She was personal and helpful with the exit process. Her and Cynthia worked as a rockstar team at the front. The overall ambiance of the office is extremely calm and I highly recommend this office if you have dental anxiety (I don't struggle with it and I still loved the calming atmosphere). There is soft piano music playing and the lights are turned off for the exam. I appreciated that practice because bright, iridescent lights are not pleasant when laying on a dental chair. Every room has an oils diffuser with a light peppermint scent permeating throughout the office. These little touches created the best experience that I will definitely come back for. This office and staff wrote the playbook on dental customer service and patient experiences. My whole experience today was such a breath of fresh air. They are the personification of "Professionalism". Their practice includes high tech equipment, an exceptionally, well-trained staff, and an outstanding front-office team. She has excellent listening skills, provides meaningful commentary, and is thorough, courteous, and professional. Dr. Raina has amazing credentials. He is a critical thinker, with an engineering background that compliments his precision skills as an accomplished Dentist.
